QUESTION POSED ON: 19 December 2003
My company has asked me to create a XML parser. That should be an easy task, but there are probably other existing XML parsers "out there." Now, where can I look for the right one? Is there a guide to create the right one?

The XML parser will process incoming mail with XML attachments and create/update Notes documents based on that attachment. Hope you can give me a guide to create a good XML parser or provide me with tips to create it myself.

There is a good article on XML and Domino in the Iris Today archives. As mentioned in the beginning of the article, a parser is included with the Designer client beginning with version R5.0.3 or you can download it from the IBM AlphaWorks site. This article is a good place to start.
