QUESTION POSED ON: 01 August 2006
I need to know how to create a filter that will send a copy of all emails to another email address. We are using a Blackberry and want to duplicate them. Can you help?

>
I don't like doing this with agents, as it tends to bog down the server and router. Your best bet in D6 is with journaling rules. You can specify what to save and where to save it. Alternatively, if journaling doesn't meet your needs, you can buy a product (Legato and others have them) that can archive your necessary messages.
