I am trying to pass a URL from WebSphere to Domino to initiate the launch of an agent. It seems to only work if I am logged into Domino first. Is there any way to allow this without having to login first?

You could manage authentication several ways without forcing the user to do the sign-on. If you have a single sign-on setup that would work. I've also done application level single sign-on for Web applications. I don't know what your agent does, but I've created some applications that use Java to access Domino through Notes.jar instead of the agent model to do Domino processing as a 'sub task' of something else.
