QUESTION POSED ON: 03 October 2004
I support Notes and Sametime at a large corporation (100K users) that uses Sametime as its standard for IM (in theory), and attempts to use a 'common desktop' throughout the world. This is not entirely the case. However, I must support Sametime, and have found that I have difficulty getting answers for problems with the client. Do you have a good site that makes searching for these issues easy? Problems like Microsoft Java Machine errors; Sametime won't connect to meetings; Sametime will look as though it is connecting to a meeting but just sits there; etc.
