Why not just consolidate them? You could copy/paste their entries into a new address book you put on the server, then have those people eliminate the entries from their personal address books and have them begin using the server based secondary directory you created. If it is only for those people, make sure they replicate the directory locally, and then they will only have one directory to use/maintain instead of three. All they have to do is add the new directory to the names= line of their notes.ini file and they will be ready to go.
