Can you offer advice on how to configure an IM "hot spot" on a Web page? I'd like to set up a button on my Web site -- basically a click-here-to-chat-with-a-tech button -- to give customers the capability of communicating with my help desk. Can this be configured on a Domino-hosted Web server using .nsf files?
