QUESTION POSED ON: 18 October 2005
We are using Domino 6.5.3. I renamed a user in the Domino directory, but after 21 days, the name automatically got reverted back. In the admin4.nsf database, under the administration attention required tab, I see the following:

Name(s) acted upon: Obsolete Change Requests in Address Book
Action comments: The Change Requests associated with the following people were deleted; name/certifier

How can I fix this?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Renaming is surprisingly complex. I suspect that, in this case, the user did not accept the rename request. For more information, see Domino Administrator Help / Index / Users / Renaming / Rename Person.
