This is referring to Lotus Notes Shared Mail. It is generally not used, as disk space has become cheap, and the effort involved in cleaning up problems such as these can be quite problematic and costly.
Without more details, there isn't much I can offer, other than to tell you that the Lotus Notes document that is trying to be read/seen is not being found in the Domino object store, so it is generating the error. Running Collect would wipe out the reference, which certainly doesn't solve your problem.
