QUESTION POSED ON: 05 December 2006
Is it possible to customize the right-click menu in the Lotus Notes client? We would like to add an action "call" to the Lotus Notes right-click menu. This way, when users are in the Mail Inbox view, they can right-click and "call" another Lotus Notes user. We have the code for what needs to be done; I just need to know if it is possible.

It's possible in Lotus Notes Version 7.0 and later. There's a checkbox in the action properties to make it appear in the right-click menu.
