I want to archive (copy) all outgoing mails with attachments from the server MAIL.BOX to a database. This will help me in checking which user is sending what kind of file attachments. I believe agents don't run in MAIL.BOX. Is there any other way to do this?

You'd have to run an agent in the mail.box, which is not advisable. You can look to 3rd party tools for this, such as MIMESweeper, IntelliWatch, Patrol, or Mail Attender. There are a lot of tools available.
