What is the best way to exchange data between Notes and non-Notes XML applications or Web page templates? Can you get XML pages out of Notes?

Yes, you can get XML data out of Notes and there are a few ways to accomplish this. You can define Forms and Views, display the data with XML tags around the data or you can use DXL (via Java) to expose all or some of a database as XML.
