QUESTION POSED ON: 13 November 2002
We have a continual problem -- somehow a date gets entered into the server's "Do not replicate documents after" setting on the "other" tab of Replication settings. This eventually appears in local replicas of the database and users suddenly stop replicating new documents.

We have to clear the date, clear the replication history in all replicas and wait for it to happen again a few days later. Why is this happening? What can be done to prevent it?

I'm going to assume you've checked every server that replicates with manager access and none have the date in the field. What I'd do next is check each person in that database's ACL with manager access and see if any of them are replicating (especially one-way); their machine may have the date entered.
