I've just started developing applications with Notes. And now I have a problem. In our Customer Information System I'd like to show the calls and topics that I had talked about with this certain customer. So I embedded a view and categorized it, but I cannot show just the specific customer number that I need. I always get the view of all customers.

How can I show just the calls for the customer I'm dealing with in my embedded view? Thanks for your help!

To do so with an embedded view, create a view for this embedded object that is categorized on the customer number, showing the necessary documents. Then, on the embedded view object, you will find the property "showSingleCategory." If you enter the field name of the field on the form containing the customer number, you will see that the embedded view only shows the documents for that customer number.
