QUESTION POSED ON: 17 September 2003
When I try to archive e-mails, I receive an error that states: "Cannot access archive settings. The document has been deleted." I am also getting an error that tells me the archive settings cannot be modified. Can you please help with this problem?

EXPERT RESPONSE
It sounds as though the profile document for archiving is corrupt. If you make a local replica of the database, modify the archive settings on the local replica and the replicate with the server copy, it should fix the problem.
