QUESTION POSED ON: 27 January 2004
We have recently upgraded a user's client from 5 to 6.0.2. His archive DB was created in 5. Whenever we try to move a doc from his inbox to his archive, we get the message "invalid or nonexistent document." Replacing the design of the archive with the same as the inbox did not help. Do you have any suggestions?

I would also try compacting the archive to get it into ODS 43. Additionally, try discarding the views with an Updall –D and then rebuild the views.
