Regarding getting full names on outbound Internet mail: Is there any way to get the common name on outbound Internet mail for a mail-in database? The use CN as phrase seems to only work for individuals and not mail-in databases.

If the email is being generated and sent via agent, you could use the principal field to specify the name you want to use.
