QUESTION POSED ON: 01 July 2004
I would like to know if there is a way (maybe by an agent) to delete same mail (with same document ID) from many user mailboxes in Domino 5.0.9. My problem is that our server hangs up when a big mail is sent to many people at one time, and it takes very long time to delete that mail from every user's database.

Yes, you could write an agent in LotusScript to open each mail file and delete the document by doc ID.
