QUESTION POSED ON: 21 May 2004
We are running Notes 5.0.11 server. Some users are having the problem on the mail retention issue. Multiple folders have been created and messages are moved to these folders with retention date set. But when the date is up, the messages are not deleted, and still remain in the folders. Is there anything I can check?

EXPERT RESPONSE
By retention date, I'm assuming you mean the expiry date. In order for documents to be removed, archiving needs to specify that removal of the documents is based on expiry dates.
