What's coming from IBM post-Domino 6?

(10 May 2002)

Executives said yesterday at IBM's developerWorks event that in the near future developers can expect more Lotus QuickPlace and Sametime modularity, Java APIs, and broader support for both the server-based instant messaging protocol SIP and LDAP. Also, an upcoming rapid application development (RAD) tool for Lotus J2EE components will be based on the open-source Eclipse development environment.
