ESNAhost.com relaunches Lotus Hosted Management System

ESNAhost.com, a managed service provider specializing in managed hosting, messaging, applications, consulting and development based in the U.K., has relaunched its Lotus Hosted Management System (LHMS).

Formerly known as Domino Instant! Host, LHMS is a hosting platform that delivers Domino, WebSphere, and Sametime application services over the Internet to small-to-midsize businesses (SMBs). LHMS is a middleware layer between the application servers that enables ISV's and ASPs to host, manage and deliver Web applications to customers.

Primus introduces Lotus Notes Content Connector

Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., a Seattle, Wash.-based provider of knowledge application software for customer contact centers and portals, has announced the availability of the Lotus Notes Content Connector, a pluggable, extensible API that provides native access to data stored in Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino servers via Primus Answer Engine or Primus eServer.

Users benefit by having access to more relevant information. Primus and Lotus customers can amplify a knowledge base by consolidating the information that users store and transmit via Lotus Notes R5. This is the latest in a series of integrations created for leading CRM systems, including Clarify/Amdocs, Kana, Motive, Oracle, Onyx, Peregrine/Remedy, PeopleSoft and Siebel.

Application Security releases AppDetective for Microsoft SQL Server

Application Security, Inc., headquartered in New York, has announced the availability of AppDetective for SQL Server Version 2.5, an application security scanner designed to perform network-based penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.

AppDetective locates, examines, reports, and helps fix database security holes and misconfigurations. Version numbers, patches, hot fixes, as well as other key database information is presented and utilized for further security analysis. The product was initially released for Oracle databases, and version will soon be released for Sybase, Lotus Domino, MySQL, and IBM DB2.

Xpedite adds data capturing to messageREACH

Xpedite, a multimedia messaging subsidiary of Ptek Holdings, Inc. based in Tinton Falls, N.J., has launched intelliSEND Wizard 3.0, the newest version of its proprietary Windows-based software that creates, sends and tracks HTML e-mails delivered via Xpedite's messageREACH service.

The new version includes a "send-a-friend" forwarding option which captures data from each recipient, expanded editing capabilities for text, HTML and AOL-specific documents, support for Macromedia Flash files, and many other enhancements.

MessageREACH customers can use the intelliSEND Wizard to create HTML documents with graphics, tables and embedded URL links to a Web site or stored documents. The Wizard also can be used to create interactive forms that include pre-populated data, check boxes, scrolling line text boxes, and many other controls for data collection via messageREACH.
