Network Computing Devices, Inc., a thin client company based in Mountain View, CA, announced the release of its new NCD ThinSTAR Voyager. The product, which NCD calls the "first mobile thin client," is a wireless tablet that provides mobile access to Windows information and Web servers.

Users write commands to the four-pound Voyager directly on the screen, via cursive or print. The system then converts commands to text and validates them against its built-in dictionary.
