Have you ever wondered why the replication and save conflicts get converted to duplicates? Or why one of the duplicates has child(response) documents and the other duplicates do not?
Well, if there are any replication and save conflicts in your database and you have run either @Command([ToolsRefreshAllDocs]) or @Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs]) then all of the replication and save conflicts will get converted into a duplicates and only one of the duplicate records will have the response docs.
So always make sure that you have removed all of replication and save conflicts before you run any refresh agent/code.
