You can open a Notes client document from a Web browser in Notes client by using this:

 <A 
href="notes://<server>/<path>/
<database>/<view>/<document>"
>text to be clicked</A>.

Also if you type the above line in a command prompt it will open the document in Notes client.

For Internet Explorer use:

<A 
href="notes://<server>/<path>/
<database>/<view>/<docu
ment>">text to be clicked</A>.

For command prompt use:

notes://<server>/<path>/
<database>/<view>/<document>
