VIEW MEMBER FEEDACK TO THIS TIP
This tip allows you to hide field properties or other data from the DocProperties box. I don't believe this has been documented any where, and it's something I just stumbled upon.
1. Create your form.
2. Create a field.
3. In the field name do the following: Hold the <Alt> key, and type 777 anywhere in your field name. You must use the number pad on your keyboard, not the regular number keys. Your field name must include this character, although there's probably some other characters that accomplish the same thing.) Now save your form.
4. Create a document using this form and save it.
5. Now check the properties box. You shouldn't see anything under your field name.

While this is a neat little trick, it should be noted that it only works for Lotus Notes R5, not for Lotus Notes R6.5.
