Use this LotusScript code to produce the plural version of singular English-language nouns.
This function should work for most English words, but the language is too complex to expect perfection in every case. You may be able to adjust this LotusScript code to detect if the input string is already plural.
This LotusScript code can provide you with an alternative to standard or generic messages such as, "You have # something(s)."
