Maintain Mta And Mail.Box Securely

If you frequently have to check messages in the mail.box on the server or the MTA's for various reasons (appropriate content, checking dead messages, etc) and you are tired of answering questions because of the return receipts that you generated, try the following. Create a Location document called 'Connected(OffLine)'. Leave it the same as your normal connected workstation location on the LAN, except change the 'Mail File Location' field to "Local". This way, any return receipts will go to your local mail.box and you will be prompted to send mail when you change back to your normal location. Of course, before you do that, you can also delete them, avoiding the 50 messages you get wanting to know who you are and why were you reading their mail...
