Prevent Adminms From Making Doc Changes At The Server

Prevent admins from making changes to documents by accessing the database
locally at the server. This is most applicable to names.nsf.

Code

If you have problems with site admins making changes to documents in the
address book, changing connection documents for example, you can slow them
down by adding a hidden field to the end of the form containing the
validation formula below. This will prevent unauthorized people from
creating such documents who would otherwise have editor rights or are in
the appropriate xxCreator role. More significantly, this also prevents making
these changes at the server where the database can be accessed locally thus
circumventing ACL
security. This does not stop the admin from reversing your design change
to enable them to modify or create the doc, but makes a great deterent.

This code also sends an Email with a doclink to the document modified to the
group NABAdmin when someone who is authorized makes a change.
