Update Group Members In Group Cache For Database Access

There may be times when after you've just added a new member into a group in
the PAB and this group has certain access assigned to a database. However,
this new member encountered "You're not authorized to access this database!
when trying to open that database.

Code

This is because the Group Cache has not been updated on the server. To
manually update it, issue these appropriate commands in the console:-


> load update names.nsf -t "$ServerAccess" -s

prior to 4.6.2,
> load updall names.nsf -t "$ServerAccess" -r
