An email was sent to me that could not be forwarded. The delivery option
"prevent copying" was unintentionally placed on it by the sender and I needed
to print the message out and forward it on to other users.
solution

I simply created an agent that would run once on selected documents that had
this code

FIELD SECUREMAIL := @Unavailable ;
FIELD $KeepPrivate := @Unavailable ;
SELECT @All

This removes the SECUREMAIL and $KeepPrivate fields from the document, allowing
me to print and forward the previously restricted email message.
