This also works well in R5 with one small bug if the user has birthdays in
Outlook.
While this is a manual and requires some extra work, it is a viable alternative
if you are having trouble with any other migration tool.

You will need to correctly map the fields from Notes to your Excel sheet. The
fields are at the end of this document. There are extra fields... these are
fields that Notes does not use, but Outlook will export anyway.
I have listed them vertically. However, they are in the correct order to be
placed horizontally in each Excel column.

Code

1. Export your contacts into an Excel file.
1a. Be sure to go into "Map Custom Fields" and click on map default.

2. Go into the Excel file, and change headings to match those that I have made
(cut and paste).

3. Save it as a .WK4 file. (click yes when you get the warning that it is not
compatible)

4. Go into Notes, and your Personal Address Book.

5. Click 'File -> Import'

6. Select your .WK4 file, and select the following:
6a.
- Use "Form Business Card" (or "Contact" if using R5)
- WKS Title Defined
- Calculate fields on form during import

7. Click OK, and watch what happens.
