If you use the "Department" field on the person document and you are in a large
organisation, this is a tip to get a better overview of the contents of groups.
We simply show the department of the person next to the name of the member.

The formula can be enhanced. At present it just shows a message (.."department
not found") for servers and group names.

Steps:

1. You are going to change the "Group" form in the NAB.

2. Add a column to the table that holds all the fields

3. Create a new field (Computed for display) in the column next to the
"Members" field, eg. "Departments". Add the following formula:

NotFound := "<<<--- Department not found!";
List := @If(Members =""; ""; @DbLookup(""; ""; "LookupTeamsDepartment";
@Name([Abbreviate];Members); 2));
@If(@IsError(List);
NotFound;
@Elements(Members)>@Elements(List);
List : NotFound;
List)

Now you will get a nice list with the department name next to every person in
your groups.
