An easy way to check if any ID files are attached to person documents.
Administrators often create user ID files in person docs by design or
accidently many times these IDs remain in the address book, if they remain
there anyone with read access to the address book can detatch then decypher
(usually this is easy)the password and begin using that ID.

Code

To ensure that there are no IDs attached to person documents create a personal
veiw within the Address Book. In selection conditions type @Attachments.
Seems (and is) simple, if you are part of a large address book you will
probably be shocked to find how many IDs are attached to person documents.
