The DUS (Domino Upgrade Service) to migrate the messages , contacts and PABs
from exchange/outlook to Notes ( which comes into R5) has a bug that does not
migrate contact's name if in Outlook it doesn't have their last names filled.

So the problem is : how can I tell the customer that all user's will have to
fill in all their contact's last name before running the DUS ?! You better not
do that, otherwise follow this tip :

Tell all customers to :

Import all the PABs to the contact folder in Outlook
Export the Outlook contacts to an Excel type of file
Delete all the contacts
Import the contacts from the Excel file to Outlook again

Push the DUS bottom in the note that the Administrator sent to start the
migration.

Tchan Tchan Tchan Tchan... You will note that by doing this every name is
migrated to the Notes Address Book correctly...

Now don't ask me how we found this and why by doing this it works.... hahaha
