Password Recovery Issue.

When editing the password recovery information for a certifier the
administrator recieves the error...."A required certier was not found in the
address book".

On review a certificate for the certifier being edited for password recovery
was in the Directory.

We then figured maybe it is looking at the administrators personal address
book. We opened the Public Directory and copied the certificates in the
Server-Certificates view. Then we pasted the certificates into the
administrators personal address book.

This still did not work...

We then went to the administrator client to the People and Groups Tab. We then
navigated to the Server-Certificates View. Once in this view in the
administrator client you have an action button to copy the certificates to your
personal address book. We clicked on this action button and copied the
certificates to the administrators personal address book.

We then edited the password recovery certifier that we were working with an it
worked without an error.
