Remote users can view freetime without accessing server

Code

You have the ability to store another user's freetime when working in a remote
location. This is very helpful for your heavy C&S and remote user population

1. Select Mobile->Choose Current Location
from the File menu. Choose a location such as home or your customized remote
location.
2. Select the Replicator bookmark (or workspace replicaor tab in 4.x)
3. There is a replicator page entry (with a clock icon) for "Local free time
info"
4. Click on the blue arrow just to the right of this entry

5. Here you may select the following
a. "Keep local free time information for:" - select names from your Domino
Directory
b. "Amount of freetime to keep locally" - One week to 6 months of freetime
c. "Refresh freetime" - once an hour to 8 hours

(Remember that the more often you refresh the freetime, the most accurate your
freetime searches will be.)

6. Select the OK button and upon next replication you will store your
co-worker's time locally
