One Mail Box But Many Email Addesses

First time the Administrator Created a internet email id for me and it is very
lengthy one. But later i want to change my internet email id to short one. It
is possible and simple to change the internet email id, but I have given this
id to all of my friends. So i want to keep this id and also i want new id with
short name.

To do this , do the following.

1. Open the Domino Director (Public address book) , go to people view and click
"Add person" to add new person document and do the following modification.

Under Basic tab give the following info.

Lastname <<give user lastnam

Under Mail tab give the following info.

Mail System <<Notes>>
Domain <<User mail domain>>
Mail server <<User mail server>>
Mail File <<user mail file>>
Internet address <<usernewaddress@domain.com>>

Save and close the document.

Now the second email id is active.

Note: You shoud have enough rights in domino directory to do this.

This new person docuemnt wouldn't accupy much space but only 250 - 300 bytes.
