Here's a quick way to post instructions for a Notes Mail User. Great for how
to, policy, and other info. that you want to get out to everyone.

Code

Simply go into the design of the mail template that your user mail files
inherit from.

Create a shared field called custom_banner. Create it as a text and computed
field.

Create the formula to display whatever you want the field to display. I simply
inserted some text instructions on how to properly pick Groups from our Address
Books.

Save it and then go into the Memo form.

Right above the Body field, insert the shared field you just created. Highlight
the shared field and go to the Text Properties for it. Hide the field when
Previewed for Reading, Opened for Reading and Printed.

Next time the design task runs the user mail files will be updated. This will
put a little banner in their mail file to act as a quick help reference.
