Spellcheck When Sending Mail

Give users the option to auto spellcheck their memo before sending. The
following code will add an environment variable in notes.ini and spellcheck
will lauch depending what the user has opted.

Code

1. Open Mail46.ntf (Mail Template).
2. Go to design and edit Memo form.
3. Click on smarticon (View show/hide action pane)
4. click Send from the action pane and suffix the given code in the formula
window. (don't delete the existing code, just suffix this code to the existing
formula)

@If (@Environment ("Spellchk") = "Yes";
@Command([EditGotoField];"Body") & @Command([EditSelectAll]) &
@Command([ToolsSpellCheck]);"");

5. Create 2 actions (Create -> Actions)and name them as Enable SpellCheck &
Disable SpellCheck.

6. Add the given code in the formula window of Enable SpellCheck..

ENVIRONMENT Spellchk := "Yes" ; @Prompt([OK]; "SpellCheck";"SpellCheck is
enabled");@Command([RefreshHideFormulas]) ; NULL

6. Add the given code in the formula window of Disable SpellCheck

ENVIRONMENT Spellchk := "No" ;@Prompt([OK]; "SpellCheck";"SpellCheck is
disabled");@Command([RefreshHideFormulas]) ; NULL

7. To toggle between Enable SpellCheck & Disable SpellCheck buttons & to create
environment variable in notes.ini , do the following.

Double click on the Enable SpellCheck action and click the security tab (Tab
with a key)
Make sure you have a tick in HIDE ACTION IF FORMULA IS TRUE option, add add the
following formula in the formula window
@Environment ("Spellchk") = "Yes"

Double click on the Disable SpellCheck action and click the security tab (Tab
with a key)
Make sure you have a tick in HIDE ACTION IF FORMULA IS TRUE option, add add the
following formula in the formula window
@Environment ("Spellchk") = "No"

You need to do the above for reply form as well.
Thats all done.....
