The File Import pop-up window shows itself every time you click on New Memo in
Mail.

Code

If the File Import pop-up window displays itself every time you click on New
Memo in Notes Mail, it may be your mail preferences causing the annoyance.

Simply go into your mail database and click on the Tools button. Then click on
the Preferences option. When the Preferences window displays, go to the
Signature tab of the Mail options. There are two choices listed for "Use:". One
choice is Text, and the other choice is HTML File. If the HTML File choice is
marked, that is what is causing the File Import pop-up window to display.
Change the choice to Text, and the pop-up window will go away.
