Smarticon To Add User's Mail File Db To Your Workspace From An Email In Your Inbox!

If, like us, you receive numerous emails that require you to perform
maintenance/support on users' mail file databases, you'll love this SmartIcon.
Given an email in your InBox (or any other folder/view), it will do a look-up
in your NAB and, provided you have access, it will add the user's mail file
icon to your current workspace page. I've seen similar tips to this one, but
most of them require you to open the NAB... this SmartIcon saves you time as
you don't even have to leave your InBox!

Code

Create a new SmartIcon and assign the following formula:

server:=@DbLookup("":"NoCache";"Your Notes
Server":"names.nsf";"($VIMPeople)";From;"MailServer");

mfile:=@DbLookup("":"NoCache";"Your Notes
Server":"names.nsf";"($VIMPeople)";From;"MailFile");

@Command([AddDatabase]; server:mfile)
----------------------------------------------

Remember to replace the text "Your Notes Server" with the full name of your
home Notes Server (or any server in your domain). That's it! Save the SmartIcon
and open your mail file. Select an email and click the SmartIcon.... it will
add the sender's mail file db icon to your workspace.
