We needed a way to re-attach the Notes ID file back to the person document for iNotes Outlook/DOLS installs. The notes client install removed the ID file but the current Offline Security Policy document is configured to get the ID file from the person document. Therefore for one user (the administrator) the DOLS installs/upgrades would fail.

Code

Edit the Person form with designer. At the bottom of the form Create -- Embedded Element -- File Upload Control. Save the form. Save a copy of the ID file somewhere accessible from your workstation with the name UserID, no extension. From the browser, open the name and address book, edit the person document, click on the Browser button, find the ID file, and save the person document.
