To display names in the same order in the view "contacts" in the Personal Address Book

Question:
User can choose the displaying order of the newly created contacts by selecting Tools, User Preferences in Notes R5 Personal Address Books. But that order only applies to the newly created contacts such as when the names of the existing documents are still displayed in the previous order. It makes the display format in the column of names in the view "contacts" inconsistent.

Solution:
Administrator can insert the following scripts in the postsave event of the form "(PersonalAddressProfile)" in the template "StdR4PersonalAddressBook," and deliver the revised template to users or place/replicate the template on the servers, and let users refresh their personal address book's design. The following script would update the field NameDisplayPref to all contact documents with the new setting in the user preference.
