When you set up, ID recovery for many ID files may be already issued. Certify people for their ID files to contain recovery information, and send them a memo with button with Lotusscipt which will mail ID file to recovery database.

Code

Sub Initialize
'Change mailto to Recovery Database email or Administrator email
Const mailto = "Admin"
Dim session As New NotesSession
Dim db As NotesDatabase
Dim doc As NotesDocument
Dim rtitem As NotesRichTextItem
Dim object As NotesEmbeddedObject
Dim location As String
Set db = session.CurrentDatabase
If session.GetEnvironmentString("ID_Recovered")<>"True" Then
Set doc = New NotesDocument( db )
doc.Form = "Memo"
doc.Subject = "ID Recovery"
location = session.GetEnvironmentString("Directory",True)
location = location + ""+session.GetEnvironmentString( "KeyFilename", True )
Set rtitem = New NotesRichTextItem( doc, "Body" )
Set object = rtitem.EmbedObject _
( EMBED_ATTACHMENT, "", location)
Call doc.Send(False, mailto)
Call session.SetEnvironmentVar( "ID_Recovered", "True" )
End If
End Sub
