As an administrator with proper ACL access, this tip will speed up the process of opening the clients mail file that you need to administer.



Code

1. click file, preferences, smarticon settings.
2. Scroll down the right side and find an incon with "Macro Button".
3. Click, hold, and drag to the other side.
4. Click the edit the icon button.
5. Change the Name to "Open Mail File".
6. Click the formula button.
7. Add the following code:

@Command([FileOpenDatabase]; MailServer: MailFile)

Save and close

When you need to open a client's mail file, open the Dom. Dir. and find the person doc, click the button!
