Since most users change there passwords on Friday or before a long holiday we have enacted the use of password recovery. In order to use "FILE - TOOLS - RECOVER ID" a user must be logged into Notes, which is a problem if the user doesn't know their password. To accomplish this without having the user log-in do the

Select the user id and click "OPEN" then "CANCEL" on the password prompt and then "OPEN" the user id once more to receive the Enter passwords prompt that will allow the admin to provide the password to unlock the id.
