A user wants to check a day in the future -- so they double-click on the time in the lower right of the Windows Task Bar. This pops up the Windows Time and Date. They select a future month, look at it, and then click cancel.

Since this user also has scheduled replication for their mail enabled, Notes picks up the date that they were looking at (typically the month or year is changed). This causes replication to think that it last replicated on that date and therefore will no longer replicate.

To Fix:

  1. Delete the Replication History. (File - Replication - History - Clear.)
  2. Change the Cut-off Date. (File - Replication - Settings - Other, delete the date)
  3. Force a replication
  4. Get out of Notes and then come back in.

If this fails, then delete the local database and create a new replica.

Also, tell the user to use the Notes Calendar provided in MAIL.
