Agent to modify person documents

If you have the pain task of updating each person document with your company details. Here is how to do it in an agent.

Create an agent in the NAB,remember to give the agent a name. When should this agent run? Select Manually From Actions Menu. Which documents should i act on? Selected Documents. Click on Add search - By Form used -Person Then click on Add Action Modify by fields Form, Form to use is Person. Then select the field you want to update i.e Company Name and enter all the information you require. You can enter text into multiple fields so that when you run the agent this will update all fields at once.

To run the agent, select the person documents you want to update and then just select the agent from the action menu.

Simply, you can use the same agent to modify any field in the person document.
