Hate scrolling through all of those folders in the R5 "Move to Folder" dialog? This keyboard shortcut collapses your folders in the dialog box making it easier to find the folder you're looking for.

The Move To Folder dialog box, accessible in the Notes client by clicking the [Move To Folder...] button in a view or when reading a memo or by clicking the [Send And File...] button when composing a message, displays a list of the folders contained in your mail file. In the R5 client, the list is initially expanded while the same dialog in the ND6 client is initially collapsed. Over time, the folder list can become quite extensive, causing the user to have to scroll through many pages of the dialog box before finally reaching the desired folder.

Many experienced Notes users are familiar with the keyboard shortcuts "+" (plus key) and "-" (minus key) on the numeric keypad for expanding or collapsing a single document as well as "SHIFT +" and "SHIFT -" for expanding or collapsing all documents in a view or folder. These keyboard shortcuts also work in the Move to Folder dialog box making it easier to scroll through long folder lists of folders.
