Have you ever tried to enter foreign language characters? Tried to enter characters, that are only available as Unicode, like Arab, Hebrew, some Greek and others?
Windows gives you a way to do just that. You may invoke the charmap program, which comes with windows, select your characters or enter the unicode directly - if you know it - and copy it into the clipboard.
Just go to Start, select Execute and enter:
"charmap.exe"
Here you may select your characters, copy them to the clipboard (it has the ability to copy more than one character), go back to Notes (or whatever application you need the characters) and paste them in.
