I found this tip hidden in Notes Help.

Ever need to support a user who opens up e-mails all day long without closing any until Notes finally runs out of resources? Here's a hidden Notes feature you can use to quickly close all open windows.

Code

  1. Go under file, preferences, user preferences. In the Additional options area of the dialog box, check "Display Window Menu" and make sure "Show extended accelerators" is also checked.

  2. Restart Notes.

  3. Now you can go under the Windows menu, select "Windows, Windows," click and drag to select all of the open windows in the list and then click the "Close windows" button. Viola! -- clean window tabs.
